The Omni series is a comprehensive non-contact online measurement system developed by OiSmart specifically for extruded products with irregular cross-sections. Based on the principle of laser triangulation, this series utilizes multiple sensors in conjunction with line lasers to form an optical measurement module, enabling real-time, multi-angle precise measurements of the object. Through proprietary algorithms, the cross-sectional profiles captured by each sensor are merged into a complete profile, achieving three-dimensional reconstruction of the object. With differentiated measurement modules, the Omni series can perform external profile dimension measurements or surface defect inspection functions separately or simultaneously. It helps customers control critical quality factors such as width, height, area, weight, and surface defects of the product. By statistical and analytical processing of measurement data, it aids customers in continuously optimizing product quality management.
